Overview
This Sentul City project is a showcase of textural depth and modern architectural lines. Utilizing a premium selection of AICA, CARTA, and TACO materials, the residence features custom-built elements in Amber Maple and Feather Teak. The integration of Zinc Ordin and Metro Grey provides a contemporary edge to the organic warmth of the wood, resulting in an interior that is both sophisticated and profoundly comfortable.
The Challenge
"The primary challenge was to scale the 'Modern Luxury' aesthetic across high-volume spaces without making the home feel cold or impersonal. We had to carefully balance the 10x6m living area and the culinary zone to ensure that the material transitions felt seamless and intentional across the 13-week build timeline."
The Approach
Our design strategy focused on 'Layered Luxury,' where we combined six distinct wood textures—from Light Oceanside Oak to Black Woodgrain—with sophisticated ambient lighting. By integrating bespoke cabinetry and sculptural wall panels, we established a sense of visual continuity that guides the eye through the expansive open-plan layout while maintaining a sense of domestic intimacy.
