Light Oceanside Oak (AICA)

A symphony of timber textures and modern sophistication, Project Sentul Bogor redefines luxury living through bespoke craftsmanship and a warm, contemporary palette.
Located in the prestigious Sentul City, this 2026 project represents the pinnacle of contemporary Indonesian residential design. Spanning multiple key areas, the interior utilizes a sophisticated mix of AICA and TACO laminates to achieve a seamless, high-end look. The design language is characterized by clean lines, geometric wood art installations, and a rich, earthy color palette that bridges the gap between nature and modern architecture.
"The primary challenge was to harmonize a vast 10x6m living area with a 2.85 billion IDR budget without creating a space that felt cavernous or impersonal. The client desired a 'Modern Luxury' aesthetic that remained functional for a family, requiring us to balance high-end finishes like Black Woodgrain and Feather Teak with durable, liveable layouts."
Our approach focused on 'Warm Minimalism' within a luxury framework. By utilizing a curated palette of premium textures—specifically Light Oceanside Oak and Amber Maple—we softened the grand proportions of the Sentul residence. Every vertical surface was treated as a canvas, using TACO's Metro Grey and Zinc Ordin to create depth, while integrated lighting was used to highlight the architectural lines and bespoke joinery.
