Overview

Located in the prestigious Sentul City, Project Sentul Bogor is a 2026 flagship residence that embodies the pinnacle of Modern Luxury. Spanning a total budget of 2.85 Billion IDR, the project features bespoke cabinetry using premium AICA and TACO laminates. Each room is a study in texture, from the Amber Maple accents in the social areas to the tranquil Metro Grey finishes in the culinary zone. The design prioritizes flow, light, and materiality, resulting in a home that serves as a private sanctuary for Mr. Sonny and his family.

The Challenge

"The primary challenge was to harmonize the massive scale of the Sentul residence (particularly the 60-square-meter living area) without making the space feel cold or impersonal. We had to ensure that the Modern Luxury aesthetic remained functional for a family lifestyle while meeting a strict 13-week build schedule for a multi-billion rupiah fit-out."

The Approach

Our approach focused on 'Warm Minimalism' meets 'Grandeur.' We utilized a sophisticated layering technique, combining the natural warmth of Light Oceanside Oak and Feather Teak with the sharp, modern contrast of Black Woodgrain and Zinc Ordin. By integrating hidden ambient lighting into custom fluted wall panels, we created a sense of depth and luxury that feels both intimate and expansive.
